Shipping & Returns
Domo ships worldwide.
We use CanadaPost. When you place your order, you'll be given a choice of shipping rates, each with an estimated delivery time (remember that the estimate is in 'business' days only, so Saturdays, Sundays and holidays don't count). Shipping rates are determined automatically according to your delivery address.
Sales Tax
We apologize in advance, but the government makes us charge sales tax.
- If you're a BC resident, your order will include 6% GST and 7% PST
- All other Canadian customers must pay 6% GST
- US and International orders do not have to pay any sales tax. However, you might have to pay a customs charge - these are assessed by your country so it's not possible for us to estimate them. It's up to you to pay any duty or customs charges that may arise.
Returns
Domo strives to produce the best quality product using only the best ingredients from around the world. If you're not satisfied in any way with your purchase, get back to us within 30 days and we'll exchange the product or refund your account.
